The client needed an online platform where users could generate common Gujarati legal documents — affidavits, rent agreements, marriage memorandums, name-change declarations — without visiting a notary or lawyer’s office. The process needed to be simple: fill details, pay a fee, and instantly download a ready PDF, along with membership options for frequent users.
Built a WooCommerce-powered platform on WordPress where each legal form (Affidavit for Name Change, Rent Agreement, Memorandum of Marriage, Gazette Kankotri Affidavit, Minor Name Affidavit, etc.) is set up as a purchasable product with a fixed, non-editable guest fee. Users fill required details, complete secure online payment, and receive an instantly downloadable PDF. Added a membership system for extended access/benefits, a login/signin flow for returning users, and full Gujarati-language content for accessibility to the local audience. Site also includes Privacy Policy, Terms, Legal Disclaimer, and Refund Policy pages to meet compliance requirements for a paid document service.
